Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

This page contains the texts of the consents that the User gives to ZHATVA LLC (INN 6900017801, OGRN 1256900001016, 47 Burashevskoye Shosse, Tver, 170016; hereinafter, the “Operator”) by ticking the relevant box in a form on the website https://zhatvarussia.ru. Each consent is given by a separate tick in a box that is not ticked by default. Placing an Order, using the Personal Account and purchasing a gift certificate do not require consent: the data for these is processed on the basis of an agreement (Article 6(1)(5) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ) in the manner set out in the Policy on the Processing of Personal Data (https://zhatvarussia.ru/policy).

1. Consent to the Processing of Personal Data When Submitting a Request

By ticking the box “I consent to the processing of personal data” in the request form on the Website and clicking the submit button, I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give the Operator consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms:

Data: name, telephone number, email address, selected contact method, text of the enquiry, answers to the questions for selecting a supplement set (if any).

Purpose of processing: contacting me via the specified channel and responding to my enquiry about the products, an Order or cooperation.

Actions: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, blocking, deletion, destruction, with or without the use of automated means. The data may be transferred to the Operator’s processors listed in clause 5.3 of the Policy to the extent necessary to deliver messages.

Term of consent: until withdrawn, but no more than 5 years from the date the request is submitted.

Withdrawal procedure: by sending a statement to zhatva.russia@mail.ru from the email address or stating the telephone number specified in the request. Processing is stopped and the data destroyed within 30 days of the date the withdrawal is received.

I confirm that I have read the Policy on the Processing of Personal Data.

2. Consent to Receive Advertising Messages

By ticking the box “I want to receive ZHATVA news and offers” when placing an Order or in the Personal Account, I give the Operator consent to receive advertising and information messages about the Operator’s goods, new products, promotions, discounts and personal offers via telecommunications networks — by email, SMS and messaging apps — at the contact details I have specified in the Personal Account or Order (Article 18(1) of Federal Law No. 38-FZ of 13.03.2006 “On Advertising”, Article 15(1) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ).

Data: name, telephone number, email address, Order history, tier in the loyalty programme — to create relevant offers.

Term of consent: until withdrawn. The date and method by which consent was obtained are recorded by the Operator.

Withdrawal procedure: at any time via the “Unsubscribe” link in an email, in the Personal Account, by replying “Стоп” (“Stop”) to an SMS, or by a statement sent to zhatva.russia@mail.ru. Withdrawal does not affect service messages about Orders sent on the basis of an agreement.

The absence of this consent does not restrict the ability to place Orders or use the Website.
