Magnesium bisglycinate is a chelated form of magnesium, in which magnesium is bound to glycine, an amino acid. This unique structure provides superior bioavailability compared to other forms of magnesium.

Magnesium bisglycinate, microcrystalline cellulose (E460, carrier), gum arabic (E414, stabilizer), calcium stearate (E470, anti-caking agent), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (E464, thickener) or gelatin).

Directions for use:
